More Ff7 Problems

Hello people.
sorry for posting ANOTHER thread about FFVII - I see theres already a few, which I have looked at for the answer to my problem but had no joy...

basically, I cant get a happy medium, its either the FMV's run stupidly fast, - I've got it to running at a reasonable pace but still seem slightly fast and then the problem is in gameplay, its always either too fast or too slow, and when it looks acceptable the sound is too fast and when you go into a battle it slows down and then when the fight comes on it goes REALLY fast.

okay if you could understand that, any help? I have looked at that 'Kains' webpage about his settings but they dont seem to help.

I'm running it off the CD

Emulator:

ePSXe v. 1.6.0
Pete's DX6 D3D Driver 1.75
Eternal SPU Plugin 1.41

and my specs:

Windows XP Home
Intel Celeron 2.4
512 RAM
64MB ATI RADEON ALL-IN-WONDER 9000

I'd appreciate some help.

Dom

Thanks in Advance.

I've done that... its still fast, and the music is REALLY fast:

it seems okay, but when ur crew jumps off the train at the start of FFVII, the music speeds RIGHT up, and then its just goosed from there on.
