Bushido Blade 2

Well the game works fine but it looks like its being forced to be widescreen so the whole game looks squished also I'd like to know what the best configuration would be for it.

[edit] i figured out how to fix the squished screen turned keep PSX ratio off
still wanna know what the best configuration would be tho

Here's the settings I used to play it not too long ago(about 2-3 days ago):

Plugin: Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.5

GFX card: RADEON 9600 x86/SSE2

Resolution/Color:

- Internal Y resolution: 2
- Keep psx aspect ratio: off
- No render-to-texture: on

- Filtering: 4
- Hi-Res textures: 2
- TexWin pixel shader: off
- VRam size: 128 MBytes

Framerate:
- FPS limitation: on
- Frame skipping: off
- FPS limit: Auto

Compatibility:
- Offscreen drawing: 1

- Screen filtering: on
- Shader effects: 1/1

You can probably get away with setting Framebuffer effects at 2 if you're getting slowdowns(you shouldn't be though, we're using the same card...). Since there's no 2d, setting filtering to 6 wouldn't have much effect. My "Shader Effect" filter was the Pseudo-median filter. It's probably not necessary and it may even make the game look too blurry for some people, but hey, I like it Obviously make sure that the RAM is set to the right number for your card if you have the 256 meg version. Anyway, that's a pretty generic setup, nothing truly special about it.
