final fantasy 9 animation problem
I have problem with ff9 on disc 3,when animation bahamut destroying alexandria should start only black screen appears.I tried with all plugins and versions of epsxe, but I haven't figured out what the problem is.I thought about playing with another emulator, but how to convert(is that possible anyway?)saved states from one emu to another?
p.s. if anyone has saved state after that animation I would be really thankful if you could send me that to my e-mail:Bernard1.Markovic@public.srce.hr Last edited by slavemaster; April 16th, 2004 at 13:46. |

I haven't got any tip for your problems, at least I haven't got any probs with FF9 on ePSXe (only on the first disc though) ... But could it be the iso that's corrupt? .. Dunno anything about it though ... My point however, is as following: A SPOLER WOULD DO THE TRICK IN THERE, I just got to know that bahamut is about to destroy alexandria, and wee, I did NOT want to know that when I'm on the first disc

i've experienced problems with ff9 on the latest ePSXe after i beaten the final boss, it stops abit into the animation when Zidane is to jump into the lifa tree then the whole game stops, my sulution was to change to earlier version of ePXSe, then savestate 2secs later then go back to the new version...

I don't have a save exactly at that point, but I have one that has several beyond that point. Almost every one is after the destruction of alexandria. tho some are as far as just past olivert (or whatever). I think the mcr has a save just prior to the part of going to the desert empress (kuja's paliace). Speak up if you need it.
