Problem with Lunar 2 eternal blue on the 2nd disk image.

My setup:

Radeon 9200 128meg
gig pc2700 ram
120 gb 7200rpm HD
SB audigy gamer
athlon xp 2600+ CPU no o/c


Epsxe 1.6.0
SCPH1001.bin bios
Petes openGL2 Driver 2.5

Running the game off my Hard Drive not from CDs.

The game has ran pretty much flawlessly up to the point Im at now. Im at the part on the 2nd disk where Im about to fight White Knight leo to get the white dragon aura from him on the dragonship destiny. The fight starts and I can choose what I want to do. If I choose any kind of magic or items it wont do them and the music keeps playing, animations going on and everything but it wont execute any commands except a regular attack. If I choose regular attack I hit him twice than leo just sits there. Wont fight back , I cant do anything music keeps playing etc. The game wont continue past this point.

Ive tried hitting F4 it does nothing. I have the special game fixes for the 2 lunar games checked off in the video config settings. Ive tried several different settings to no avail. I just tried using gpupeopsoft driver as well. Still no go.

Anyone else have this problem? Hopefully know how to fix it or give me some more suggestions? Thanks.

I'm having the exact same problem. I'm running the game from the original discs. I've tried a past version of ePSXe and will try more, but I'm having no luck. Found a way past it yet?

Edit: I found that if you use the memory card to save the game right before boarding the Destiny in ePSXe, you can use PSXeven to get through the battle with Leo. Use your mem card file from ePSXe in PSXeven, fight, save, copy, paste, and carry on in ePSXe. Yay.

Ya I figured that out as well. Except Im about an hour behind the point where I saved the game image that I saved in the middle of the fight with leo Also I cant get my controller pad to setup in psxeven. So I gotta use the keyboard :/
