Run Chrono Trigger, black screen.

Hiya. I can't get Chrono Trigger from FF Chronicles to run when using either the actual disk OR an ISO.

Are there issues with CT and epsxe 1.6 just like Chrono Cross? Should I try an antiquated version?

For the record, all the games from FF Anthology are working great for me.

I always use ePSXe 1.5.2, its alot better compatible with all games.
and the graphics are exaclty the same. try it! oh and for Chrono Trigger, use Peops Software Plugin. with 2xSai (unstretched)

The plugin setup is fine. It runs FF5, FF6, FF7, and many other games. It should at least LOAD CT. There's something else at work here.

I'll try with 1.5.2 when I get off work.

1.5.2 was also a noshow. Could the copy protection on the disk have resulted in my making a bad iso? If that's true, then why didn't the game work when I used the real disk and chose "run cdrom"?

I'm gonna try reripping it with CloneCD later and see if that helps.

i think your disk may be is the problem, i am working with 1.60 , and with pate softare GPU, dont forger, this game need XA sound enabled...

when i recruit norris and confirm his name..the screen goes black and it wont resume..how can i solve this problem please..im desperate
