FF9 crash video

hello,
I am playing FF9 (french version) and when I see the video to go to Lundblum (1st cd), for the first time, there is a video which crash the game.
What can i do ?

same here but with english version
it's definitely not a matter of the CD

I just tried a savegame from gamefaqs but it was a maxed-out (all 99) savegame and I really HATE that kind of stuff...

so maybe anyone knows how to fix it or has a savegame?

use 1.5.2 and it will work.

I use 1.5.2 with the latest plugs in, it work perfectly ;-)

nephtys , may be helpful for u( i had that problem)
And when I choose to stay in village --- video was crashing, but
if i choose to fly away directly after the battle --- video was bad, but there're no crash ))))))) Try!
