Can't start Dragon Warrior 7

I've tried to start dragon warrior 7 from a .img using 4 of petes plugins, but I couldn't get it to work... I'm starting to think it's my graphic-card: 64MB VIA/S3G UniChrome.. Any suggestions?

I experienced this problem too. YOu have to turn all settings in the graphics plugin as low as they can go then boot up the game. After getting past the title screen save your game as a savestate. Then go back and jack eveything to max

. For some reason this happens on pretty much every game. But after getting past the little company logo it runs at 60. Very wierd.
