Problems with Twisted Metal 4

Whenever I try to play this CD, it acts like its starting up but then just closes the epsxe program. Please Help.

PIV 1.5 Ghz, 384 M Rambus Mem, nVidia Geforce 4, Windows XP Prof.,
Petes DX6 D3D 1.73, P.E.Op.S. Dsound 1.7, Internal ePSXe CDR (and I have tried P.E.Op.S. CDR 1.4)
