How to slow down

I'm playing Parasite Eve II. Firstly I tried to do this directly from CD, but I refused that because of the quality of the sound (it was very slow and accelerated time to time). I used a virtual CD creator Fantom CD, and now the sound is no more distorted, but accelerated. What shall I do to slow it down?

well try using Eternal 1.41 as your SPU. also make sure frame limiting is on and set to auto in your GPU plugin

Thank you! I've set my SPU to Eternal 1.41, and now the game works perfectly.
