FM 3 problems (new user)

Ok i'm despiritly trying to get Front Mission 3 to work for ePSXe v1.60. I've gotten all the bios, and plugins i neen; set them up and i've gone to Fire>RunCDRom (FM3 is in the M: drive). Now the screen goes blank and i get this white texted NOW LOADING message. Then after a while (lets say 30 sec) it pops up in a little box:
Run Time Error
Program: _________ePSXe.exe
abnormal program termination

what the hell... how do i fix that and play my game thats all i want to do. or should i screw it and try and find a ISO that works (links are helpful)??
