Adidas Power Soccer

I'm going to assume not many people have played this game, but maybe you've solved a similar problem with a different game and can help me out.
APS is the only game I own that I can't get to work on any emulator. Each time I try to run the game, it gets to the first loading screen but then it just stops. The emulator doesn't freeze, it just stops reading the CD. I've tried a bunch of different plugins and emulators, but the same thing happens with them. I've also made an ISO out of the game, but again the same thing happens.

Is there any way to tell what is causing the problem, since evidently the plugins, the emulators, and the disc itself aren't the cause?

If info about my specs will help diagnose the problem, I'll put them here.

AFAIK That game is not compatible with any of the emus .
