chrono cross is shutting down epsexe

I got Chrono Cross as Bin and Cue File on my harddrive, the image must be ok.
When I start the game with epsxe everything works allright so far, but if I want to start the game by clicking new game and select name.
After i entered a name and click confirm, epsxe shuts down without any messages or something...

can someone help me?

Geforce 4 ti
2000 Mhz
1024 DDR Ram
newest Drivers and so on
I dont think thats a gfx prob

Ahh yes i get it working.
The game starts if I select Vibration -> No, strange are there any bugs known with the vibration?
