syphon filter freezes at the beggiinging, why?

it frrezes when i hit the start button to see objectivees int eh begginging why?

im useing open gl grahics plug in and eternal spu plug in for the sound.

Long shot but try using either the -oldtiming command line option or an older version (eg 1.5.1)

r u talkin about Syphon Filter 1?........cause i have it working and it doesnt freeze when i press start to see the Objectives screen .
