Star Ocean freezes during private actions

whenever i try to private action in Star Ocean 2, the game will freeze after i try to leave the town. is there a way to fix this?

Pentium 4
Geforce 4

Don't think i can help you pal, but you'll have to provide more info if you wanna be helped: As your problem isn't screen corruption or an strictly graphical problem, it would be better to inform us of all the plugins you are using, and their current configs.

IIRC that is actualy a problem of the game itself, and will happen from time to time on the real machine.

well thanx anyways. i suppose i can still play the game without it, its just that i only use the emulator after i play it on the console so that i can do every little detail alot easier.
