And check if your memcard folder is exist, with a memcard inside. Do you check if you already select the correct memcard ?

To use ePSXe to create a memcard, then select it for use.

Smeg, never realised that ePSXe doesn't actualy have that option. However, Xeven to the rescue. PSXeven has said option.

Actually it does

type "c:\'whatever directory epsxe is located in'\memcards\'whatever name your like'.mcd" into the memcard edit box and expsxe will create that file automatically when you start a game.
