Unhappy ff9

i got a burnt copy of ff9 but when i try to access it with the epsxe emulator i see the intro of squaresoft then it gets two errors and stops working. Also when i check the files on the cd they are inaccessable to copy with a message on parameters not being set.
I tried using 3 different burning programs to make an iso file but all got only 20mb files when completed, this happened with two completely different copies of ff9 from different sources at my computer and also my friends as well as with the game Einhander.
I'm asking for help on this subject from anyone oh and also i tried many various methods to play the game in the configurations thanks.

Re: ff9

Well, I'm assuming you own an actual copy of the game and are just using the copies so your originals don't get messed up.

What I do is make an ISO image of the original and store it on my hard drive and then use the run ISO option. If you do try copying the CD method, I suggest using CloneCD.

Re: ff9

Well it definatly sounds like your cd is screwed up. Try using the original copy of the game and make a ISO with that.

Re: ff9

Well, he's already using that, n_w95482. The problem might be on the original CD or I guess his CD ROM unable to read it.
