Final Fantasy Speed In Battles Too Fast
When ever i put the fps to 60 fps the charecters walk around way too fast. When ever i put it on 20 fps the movies are pretty slow but when you enter battles the music and gameplay is too fast. (When your in the menu it is a bit too slow)

Thanks for the help. But rigt now I have it At 60 fps and rigt when i run the game in the beggining it shows a black screen for 3-4 seconds and then starts. When the first movie thing starts it is still sort of freezing almost as if it,s scipping frames even though i got none of the frame skipping **** on. And same with entering battles when that swirly thing appears it freezes in the middle for 1-2 seconds. The menus work at like 35-40 fps but the battles are at 60. (is that how it's supposed to be?)

Try making an ISO. By what you're describing there's lag when there's data to be loaded.

I suggested you to use Pete's Direct3D 1.71 cuz it works best with ATI and MAtrox cards. Also I have to tell you that there is absolutely no way that you can get perfect result with running the game under any emulators. If you want perfect, play it on Playstation. And there are no plugins that will produce 100% results. This is due to your computer is not supposed to run playstation hardware(or other consoles) and thus emulators will never be perfect.
If you really want close to perfect effects, use any software plugins. However, it will not have any garphics enhancements at all.
