Lunar Silver Star Story Complete

I'm sorry if this has been posted before... But I'm having trouble with the scenes where the characters talk/battle cries. Animations work fine. Can someone recommend a sound plugin to use and what to check or change? I use...Eternal SPU Plugin 1.40 right now

you haven't enabled spu irq hack, have you? if yes, disable it. Try an iso or another cd plugin, as it may be an access time issue. Is your game running at full speed? if not, that may cause problems. Try the special fixes one by one, maybe the thing they tweak helps lunar as well.

Run the ISO with Mooby's plugin.

could playing an ISO really have anything to do with the CD drive plugin?

Yes. IIRC the internal "Run ISO" function of ePSXe has some issues with Lunar 2, that's why I'm recommending Mooby's plugin.

Playing Lunar from the ISO option on ePSXe does not work properly.

You have to play Lunar as a CD.

Try to use Daemon tools to mount your iso to a virtual drive and run it by epsxe to see if it works.
