Why don't you use "Run ISO" in ePSXe?

just a question have you ever thought it could be a bad iso you ripped. or maybe an incorrect bios, I know that sometimes i'll accidently use a pal bios i use it for dino crisis that i got from ebay thought it was NTSC but oh well. and my games wont start at all. anyway maybe check your bios.

does it run from the CD? you could also try PSXeven
ohh and you might want to switch your framebuffer access to 0 or 4 (it wont make your games work, but it usually makes the games run better)
