Is there a way to....

...enable the full animation of the FF9 summons?

I am an eye candy guy, and I don't care if it takes me 30 minutes instead of 10 to beat up an enemy. I would love to always see the full animation...

Is there a switch somewhere, or a command line modifier that could enable this?

i think no...

cause when the COMPLETE summon appears that means it wil deal more damage than an UNCOMPLETE summon...

try using gameshark codes

NOW...you have me confused. For what I heard before, the epsxe programmers made that effect for the sake of saving time...

Now that you tell me that an a uncomplete summon will deal less damage than a complete one....then...is that effect part of the game...or was it also introduced by the epsxe programmers?

No...I don't have a PSX. I bought the game cause I knew It would work emulated.

Thanks rei_fox

I asked this cause a long time ago...someone made this very same question....and the reply was what you saw in my post above these lines.

Well....that explains it all =)

Thanks again.

The partial summons I believe are only 2/3's as powerful as the full motion summons. If I remember correctly, equipping the 'pumice piece' and learning 'boost' allows garnet to do the full summons.

yup 'pumice piece' makes it stronger and boost will do the complete summon... but if you get Pumice much better... which is on the last part of the game
