Question Crash Bandicoot 3 (Warped) some graphical Issues!

As you see on the following screen there are many little black weird clipping errors in the game.
They look harmless now but they are very annoying because they are moving around when you go towards them.

Is there a way to get rid of them?
My system specs are as follows:
AMD Athlon XP 1700+
GeForce 3 ti200
256mb ddr r
I'm using Petes D3d AND OpenGL plugin both the same results!
Most settings on quality, not performance!
Question btw:
Which of petes plugins is better for me?
OpenGL or D3D?
TIA

you have never played that game on a real psx, have you? If you would, you could see exactly the same black triangles...

They are just harder to notice on the real thing (due to the lower resolution), but I can assure you: they are there as well (I've checked that long ago while searching for this 'bug').
