Come on please help me

Hey im the one having problems with legend of dragoon on disk 2
my internet got killed for a few but it is back. the cd is Brand new from wal mart it runs fine in a psx my psx broke though.
but its a brand new cd and it wont load the video on disk 2
and please note i started this save from virtual game station and converted the memory card and bleem dont run lod for sh**
ePSXe has smooth graphics, crystal clear sound and runs great on my intel 533mhz, 256mb ram, 2/80gig HD's, and i have a umm
DVD/CD-RW combo drive 48x burn 24x re-burn 48x read
its an old HP Pavillion 6653C but its been a great computer

if you need any more info to help me find out whats wrong let me know

until then i will be playing with RPG Maker 2003

Post your plugins configuration, so we may help you to find it out. BTW, what the problem is ??? You just ask to help, but didn't mentioned what is the problem

everytime you didnt tell them
now please post your graphic settings your using! :P
