DoDonPachi hangs at the load screen

Music doesn't work on the title and ship selection screens and the whole game hangs when you start the first level. The level doesn' even start, it just hangs at the load screen. Anyone know what might be causing this?

Do you mean DoDonPachi Dai-Oujou? I don't see the game name on the compatability list.
