Harvest Moon--lower half black in farm map screen

I am in the fall first year in the game, when I plan lot of corps in the farm, the lower half of the over-head farm map became black. There is no such problem at the starting the game. I wonder anyone got the same problem.

it is 3d with 2d sprites.

I have try it on soft gpu and some other version of gpu, the problem doesn't solve. It seems to be the problem of the emulator but not the problem of gpu plug in .
