Small Wing Commander 3 Problem

Yes, Wing Commander 3 works great. Great game. But one thing, when it's time for me to make a choice in the video segments the text is cut off and theres video noise. (Screen Shot Enclosed)

Plugin: Pete's D3D Driver 1.1.64
Author: Pete Bernert
GFX card: NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 420

Resolution/Color:
- 800x600 Fullscreen - [32 Bit]

Textures:
- R8G8A8A8
- Filtering: 3
- Hi-Res textures: off
- Palettized tex windows: off
- Garbage collection: on
- VRam size: 64 MBytes

Framerate:
- FPS limit: on
- Frame skipping: on
- FPS limit: Auto

Compatibility:
- Offscreen drawing: 3
- Framebuffer texture: 2
- Framebuffer access: 1
- Alpha multipass: on
- Mask bit: on
- Advanced blending: hardware

Misc:
- Scanlines: on [200]
- Unfiltered FB: on
- Dithering: off
- Screen smoothing: off
- Full vram: off
- Game fixes: off [00000000]

Windows XP Pro SP1, Geforce 4 MX

BTW, those of you who want to play Wing Commander 3, I had to go back to Pete's 1.64 Plug-In's, as the new release made the video go back and forth like breakdancing. May just be me though. No offense to The God of Plug Ins

Ther is a plugin called PEOpS Soft GPU which renders every graphics as a Playstation does: unfiltered and in lo-res, but more exactly than any HW plugin could do.

Well, I just like upping the graphics to their limit.
Breathes life into old games.
You ever heard of the Doomsday project?
It's a new graphics engine adaption that takes all your Doom and Hexen Wads and totally makes them kick ass.

Yeah, we've all bin there done that.

The problem is that the hardware plugins by thier nature have to use a lot of workarounds which are less compatible than thier soft counterparts.
