FF9 Sound lagging...

just checking the threads, i found something like 10 problems regarding ff9 and sound... but this one i think is new...

what happens is the sound is always around 3 seconds behind the actual game... i thought this was because of save states but i tried without save states and its still stuffed....

i'm a first time poster... so plz tell me what configuration setting i shud post... (i.e. CPU? RAM? etc.)

ehh? i checked some other posts (nothing to do with ff9) and someone posted the optimum settings for sound... it works sweet now... if ne1 else IS having this problem, check out the Tenchu 2 going way too fast post...
