Iron&blood Help pls!

Hello!
I am a great ad&d fan, and I not long ago bought this psx game, in hope of playing with it on my pc.
I put up Epsxe with the newest plugins.
The game starts, I can see the intro correctly, but after it, the menu screen appears as a black screen. I can start the game with blind-clicking, and the game works correctly after it, but without the menu-selection screen, it worths nothing....

Can you help me pls. how can I make the correct screen appear instead of the black screen?
