problem with FF7

When i run ff7 on cd-rom it says "error reading cd" " cd-rom read mode unknown" what can i do to fix this?

Try using a different CD plugin

if you are using Pete CD plugins, try clicking on the Auto Detect button and you are all setup. ( i might be wrong but that error might mean the reading mode: SCSI or ASPI)
