another problem sry

i'm sry for buggin all of u with my problems and i can't fix them my self but anyways my problem is that when i go into the game menu you know how its suppose to make a noise well mine doesn't everything else works and its the way i like it but that stupid little problem with the no sound in my game menu. I tried fixin it but i cant i tried other plugins but some of them dom't work but the ones that do i always get another problem with them the voices are to fast. So i would really really appreciate it if someone would get tell me a good sound plugin and kind of tell me how to configure it so that i don't get any problems. Again i'm really sry for all these stupid problems

i just figured something out it only does this on my second disk it doesn't do it on my first disk. So is there any way i can do anythin about this problem
