I have a version of Crash Team Racer, and it doens't work in ePSXe for me. I think it's PAL......I made an ISO of it, and converted it from PAL to NTSC...didn't work. It doesn't work in PCSX either. The only emulator I got it to work in was Connectix VGS....I got the PPF file, here from NGEmu, but I honestly don't know how to use it? And if I am using it properlly, it doesn't work....

Hi,

I've CTR, the Paradox version, I mean, my cousin has CTR w/ the Paradox Patch (it let use the game on both NTSC and PAL PSX). And it works for me, fine, too...

ePSXe 1.5.2, Pete's D3D 1.68, SaPu's 1.0, Pete's MIDAS 1.7

Thx, bye

Well, unfortunatelly, the only thing that happens with my version is that it loads the first screen, which shows the 'Sony Entertainment Of America Presents', I hear the voice say the same thing, but then the moment it's meant to progress to the next screen, I hear a sound file of some guy telling me to collect 'crystals'! I presume that's meant to be said a little further on in the game..

So, it works in Bleem! and VGS, but not ePSXe...I think I tried it on PCSX, and it didn't work...i'll try again. Anyone else have this problem?

The emu gives me a Spec opcode error at the end of every loading (races, not the menu ones)

I had this problem until I enabled the SPU IRQ hack. I actually found that solution by searching this forum.
