DW7 overlapping problem

hi when i play dw7 and when i cancel out of a screen to go into another one it styas there and sort've overlaps it can you plaese help me here

most soft gpus have that problem. I use pete opengl and that problem isnt an issue.

1.2 ghz 30 gig hard drive i don't know much specifics my gpu settings are like this petes dx6 d3d plugin
1. off sscreen drawing-3
2.special gfame fixes lazy upload for dw7
3.use fps limit and use frame skipping
4. resolution 800x600
5. screen size 640x480
6. clolor depth 16bit
7. smart texture garbage collection faster pasturized text windows
8oh and every other option under off screen drawing is at zero and this didn't happen before when i had dw7 but i deleted it then and just re d/l please help me 'll pm this to you also zake_d tahnk for your help

Question

just some screen shots using pete's 3d3 [before mask bit: pic1]
turning on the mask bit will help a bit...it'll put the 'latest' menu on top... but during some 'chapter' change screen the words will pile up[see pic 2]

use soft plugins would be fine... but... well kinda like the accelerated ones... hehe

fixed, hope it'll help

MUST OFF: ADVANCED BLENDING & GAME FIXES (lazy load, etc)

if not wrong, mask bit should be on & frame buffer should not be set at anything depending on gfx buffer.

I tried both on pete's 3d3 & glide and both worked.

sample config:

lastest nVidia unified driver+DX9a
