Valkirie Profile Problem

(Sorry for my bad english i'm italian

)
I have tried to play the first CD but it has some problem.
Sometime when the spech should begane it don't and the game crash (it stop there).
Is like random but after the first battle of the game (when you are with the swordman the Valkirie and Freja) the speach don't begane no matter what i do and the game crash

What should i do?
Video: Pete's OpenGL 1.60
Sound:ePSXe SPU core 1.5.2.
CDRom:ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.5.2.

My PC:
Athlon 1800+
Geeforce 3 ti300
Win Xp

i ' ve met the same problem before.
it's probably caused by SPU plugin.
u can try fixing this prob. by using Eternal SPU plugin w/ the 2 options about Valkyrie Profile checked.then make sure to have the option "Enable SPU IRQ " checked in ePSXe SPU config.

Damn i'm trying this Eternal SPU plugin but the sound is REALLY BAD

i'm sure that i'm doing the wrong configuration :/
Can someone tell me the best config for Valkirie profile of this plugin ?

I use Peops SPU, it works without crash but the sound is a little buggy..

:confused: i just used the default settings of Eternal SPU w/ the 2 options of Valkyrie Profile checked,then it works well here on my PC.
Have u got the latest driver for your sound card?

I 'm having problems just getting it to start. In fact it's not starting at all. Im using petes open gpl for video ang the eternal spu for sound with the special fixes

Do i need some special fixes for the video

P-Tang don't double post and pc specs and plug-in settings well also help.

BTW try making a ISO of the game

Don't use ANY savestate!

i use peops and eternal no ppf and i can use savestate loadstate normally
