Can Winning Eleven 4 works on Epsxe 1.5.2?

I can open it in epsxe 1.5.2, but see only the screen with the company's logo, then nothing happens~
even can't see the title screen ~

actually can it work?
if yes, what configuration is needed for this game?

I believe you'll need the SCPH-3500 Japanese BIOS, or you could get the savestate from Savestatecentral (I think they have it).

Sorry,currently we dont have any winning eleven 4 savestate on savestatecentral.
Btw i had that game and it used to run perfectly on all emus (icluding fpse,pcsx,psinex,adripsx,epsxe,cvgs & even bleem). Also it didnt required any special bios .(1001 & 7502 are good enough).

Looks like you have a problem with game cd. Try using other emus and see if it helps.

the problem is same as we2002.
you can ask others how to use psx emulation cheater to pass the preview titlle.
two years ago had met it too but i can remember the code.

try using the enable code for "dino crisis" in pec.
i remember i 've fixed this...
