Parasite Eve II speech or not ?

Hello !
Is there any speech between Aya and the "shooting instructor"
in the game first scene ? The background music and sound effects
sounds great But no "habla ingles"
I bought the game today for 10 Dollars.

The game doesn't include speeches, only written ones. The only voices you'll hear are: Eve shouting, Aya moaning when gets killed, and a cop saying "freeze" in the early stages of the game, that's all

Just enable the XA option under sound plugin configuration window.
