FF9 speed problem
Uh, it goes WAY too fast. Last time we downloaded ePSXe it had the same problem, we fixed it, but I forgot what we did. It had something to do with the video stuff. If anyone has any clues or help, please feel free to share.

Maybe you just clicked on the "Nice" button before in Pete's Plugins.
 Clicking it automatically ticks the box for "FPS limit".
