I had this problem too, I think I fixed it by using 1.5.1 instead of 1.5.0 though. Not sure, the game is a little off sync if you're using a dance pad IMO.

It worked for me with 1.5.0 but expert464 is right. Although you make the game run at 60 fps the arrows are off sync by 1 or 2 seconds, very noticeable with songs with a lot of beat making you step on the pad by the pauses between the beats instead of the beats properly said.
