Final Fantasy 9 Iso creation problems

First, the problems. During battles, the battle screen appears, camera moves around, enemies appear, but none of my heroes appear, and also the battle menu does not appear.

Also, when entering certain rooms eg. the first room in the first cargo ship you get on, the item shop in Lindblum, trying to start the Hunt quest, the game will first fade to black as usual, but then it hangs. ePSXe does not crash, it just stays black.

Now all these problems were encountered when using an ISO I created from the original CD. However, these problems do not occur when I load a savestate using the original CD. The problem now obviously would be my ISOs. I've already tried making ISOs using Isobuster, CloneCD, Blindwrite & CDRWin but they all have the same problems. Can anyone help me out?

Overclocking

No, I didn't if OC means overclocking. I also tried out a plugin created by Mooby that I read about in the earlier posts although I didn't really understand it too well. And it still did not work.

Well, I used Isoproducer last time I ran through FF9 using ISOs... never had a problem.

More lockups

Ok, here's a list of other times when the game locked up:

1. In Gizmaluke's Grotto, at the bell room, when I entered a battle the battle screen appears but neither the enemies nor the heroes appeared, but music still plays. Avoided this by savestating my way out of the area and avoiding battles.

2. After battling Gizmaluke, "After Battle" screen (the one with the gold and xp stuff) blacks out and then game hangs. Solved this by using a savestate on my original disc.

3. When fighting one of those trick chests in Burmecia, I go near it, the screen blacks out to enter the battle screen, the black......hang....and if I try to go further on the loading black screen hang happens again. I can go back out though. Using savestate with original disc does not solve this.

I'm not using cheats and the one of the settings on Kane's site (the texture filtering I think) makes it look awful and in any case it still has the same problem with the config on Kane's site.
