Not meaning to offend anyone but i considered "why dont you read the documentation../sigh" rude myself.....anyhow im here for help on 2 problems ive read the documentation and either im missing something totally or i plain dont get it is all. Im pretty experienced in the emulator field however this is the most advanced one that ive recently messed with

Ok chill guys. cactar, no offense but how was jegHegy supposed to know that you already tried this considering that you did not include this information in your inital post? There have been numerious instances were questions which are answered in the included doumentation get asked on these boards, and it can be very frustrating to those who have to repeatedly answer them.
That said, ff9 has an option to save to memcard before switching disks. Try making one of these saves, exit the emu, then restart using disk 2 and continue from the save state.
