Anyone ever get Xcom working?

I have yet to get my xcom working.. I've tried both the original psx disk and an iso I made. Both only get me the opening movie then nothing..

Any clues? Thanks

ok, got it working. Using peops software gpu.

I didn't know X-COM was made for psx. I had all tree games (pc version), but I've lost them.
