Duke Nukem: Land of the Babes - PAL

I've been trying to get Duke Nukem: Land of the Babes running on ePSXe and Bleem but neither of them show the movie sequences at all. I've played it on my PSOne and I think the sequences are rendered rather than being streamed. I've tried using all of Pete's GPUs and it doesn't change anything. Does anyone know if this is an emlator problem or a plug-in problem and how it might be fixed?
