FF8 problem with epsxe.

im having this problem in epsxe with ff8, none of the battle menus show up. does anyone know how to fix this?

Pete's Plugins: Increase "Off-Screen Drawing".
Lewpy's Plugin: Enable "Experimental Flipping".
