I just got ePSXe recently so I was trying out a couple of games. Final Fantasy 7 and 8 worked great but I'm having trouble getting final fantasy 9 to work. I've got the same settings that I used for the other 2 games with the addition of the two FF9 game fixes (I'm using Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.63 plugin).
When I try to run the game I just get a black screen...nothing happens. I can come out ok (by pressing esc) so the computer hasn't frozen... Anyone got any ideas? Thanks in advance

Have a look at the config guide on my site.
The UK version requires Subchannel reads or patching, and my site details how to do that.

yes, i suppose to know that...
you must configure your cd-rom.. and in the subchannel reading options, you must choose Use Subchannel SBI/M3S info file (recommended)... then in the file, you must choose a subchannel file (ff9subdisk.sbi).. if you haven't, i can send it to you, ok? bye

)Thanks guys for the replies Everything seems to be working now, the menus in battles flicker a bit, don't know if that's to do with the fps number or something like that..
