epsxe 1.5.2 + CTR + winxp pro?

I have installed winXP pro ad i can't start a race in CTR, when i do so, the emu crashes, that problem was not in winxp home. I use the PAL version of CTR. any suggestions?

CTR PAL is copy protected, you need subchannel reading

nope subchannel reading still doesn't work. i tried with the internal cd-plugin and with the pete cd-plugin, with pete's one i also tried to make a subchannelfile on the hard disk but that also won't work. The error i get is a invalid opcode.

the error:
Opcode 27 UNK (PC 000ac40c) (4260,35)

the number 4260 changes everytime when i boot the game agian. The error happens when i drive into the warp to Crash Cave (new adventure)
