Hey there

I just got FF7 PSX over Ebay, and now I want to know, what to look for to get it running on epsxe. are there any files with which I have to patch or something else ?

moved to problems with games.

You don't need any patches etc to run ff7. Just the normal plugins (available on the psx download section and a psx bios (and don't be asking where to get that because it's illegal to distrubute and no one here will help on that).

Also supplying us with your computer specs would help

Try making an ISO image of the CD then.

Funny you say that coz I woz gonna ask.......how do I make an ISO?

Is there a FAQ on it somewhere?

At the moment though nothings gonna work.I think all that CRTL+ALT+DEL restarting after FF7 kept crashing has totally screwed the emulator.Whenever I try and run anything I get a'...This program has performed an illegal operation,BLAH,BLAH,BLAH' .Think I may have to format my drive and re-install to get this working again.
