I want to play LMA manager 2002 with mouse

I don't believe it is possible the reasons are quite simple.

ePSXe has internal emulation of the joystick inputs. Although it likely makes debugging easier, it does create the unfortunate problem of not being able to support a number of devices with new or differing characteristics etc. That's life I guess
