Need help with very RARE game: Power Instincts 2

I'm having some graphic problems, so could not be fix with Lewpy's plugin (tinkered with all the settings) or any software plug (even PEOPs have glitches).

Here are my specs while I was using Lewpy's plug:
I'll provide a save state if anyone else here can help.

Also, though I dont have a appropriate pic, its not only the background gfx that's messed up but also the characters in during the game play. I just don't have a pic right now, but the problem is the same for both background and characters.

Well, since its just a 2d game, i'd reccomend you use vgs (or emurayden.. same thing, cept emurayden is free

VGS crashes on my comp since I upgrade, so VGS is no longer an option

Emurayden is an illegal "hack" of VGS. Don't mention it again.

eerm, im SICK of people thinking im stupid. yes i know it is but did i say where to get it ? no. just like you all mention vgs but who ever pays for it now?? its just like someone saying "try vgs" do you think that the person is just gonna order vgs?didn't think so.

No I do not think you are stupid. But what you said borders illegal usage of VGS. However don't worry about it, it's not a big deal. OK?

I'm not sure about Genesis, but as for SNES and S. Famicom, It was always called Power Instincts.

The Japanese version is called "Power Athlete"
I really liked that game on my days of snes/genesis and I'm really happy to see they made a sequel for the psx. I'll try to get this one.

good lucky find it. I was one of he first games for PSX, never made it to the US.i was lucky to find it on ebay. It was called Power Instinct, the guy who sold it to me from Japan says Power Intincts.
