Final Fatnasy tactics wierdness with frame

Ok I'm playing Final Fantasy Tactics on epsxe and it's acting weird. I'm playing the game and sometimes it plays slower then normal, then it play super fast like its on crack for like two seconds, then its back to normal, then its slow again. And all through out the sound gets wierd as well.

there's my video settings. Also peops soft driver is the only ine that works for my computer.

what are you system specs? you might find that the game works better on another emulator like psx, since you are using the software driver you wouldnt really be missing out on much anyway, plus psx is alot easier to use since it doesnt have a plugin system.
