Jade Cocoon not working

I've tried loading it from CD-
I've tried making an ISO from CD and then loading the ISO
No luck; I did a quick search on the forums but didn't find anything.

Are there any special settings for the game?
Either way I've tried to load it I had the same result -
ePSXe seems to hang and not load anything;

Uncompatible.. ?

.. then again, I am a complete NOOB.


EDIT:

Okay so I just ISO'ed my copy of Chrono Cross and that too is not working;
So maybe someone could point me in the right direction - what am I doing wrong when making my ISOs ?
Or is it something in ePSXe that I have to edit?
I'm getting the same reaction from CC. I've also tried loading it from CD and that didn't work either

EDIT # 2 :
Okay so after trying to load the ISO's I made in MagicISO i'm getting an error telling me that it can't find the image or CD image. I'm guessing that my ISO's are ****ed which would explain why I can't play my games..

So how does one go about making an image file from the CD ? -
I think I remember seeing a link to a page with instructions on it but can't remember where.

You can Lock this thread I figured it out on my own; Time to play me some Chrono Cross ( Yes CT is better but I cleared that not too long ago )

Okay maybe not the game was working up to the title screen, I pressed New Game and now the game hangs - though I'm assuming this is only for CC ?

Okay I got tired of making edits ...

I made a BIN/CUE from my Jade Cocoon CD - and that is working right now, almost flawlessly except for one bug :

I'm not getting any of the voice acting sound -
I've got the music, the sound fx, but no voice or pre-titlescreen movie sound.

Jade Cocoon is working fine now;

As for Chrono Cross I have sifted the forums and found how to get it to work and it is working - I'm only having one glitch :

Freeze at the Status menu

I had read to enable bit/something hack fix that but I have no clue how -

Other than that everything's been solved.

Any help would be great:

Where do I enable this bit hack thing.. ?
