Crusaders of might and magic is slow

hey people I have hear about a new release epsxe, and i am have a problem, look playing Crusaders of might and magic in epsxe v1.6 the game run very slow , and playing in epsxe 1.52 i can play a full speed but this crash afther firts stage because an excenption code says. The question is the core of epsxe 1.6, why I have use all plugins ogl,d3d, soft, configuration fast and nothing have happen, i think is because this game is totally in inviroment 3d and move more poligons that all the games , i´m certain the problem is the core is no about graphics plugins, i don´n know which must be the solution , if yours may checki it, thanks team epsxe and everyone.

pd. is no direcx i have latest release.

can you post the video plugin you are currently using as well as the settings you are using with it? can you also post your system specs.?

I have used all pete's plugins:
-P.E.O.p.S Soft Driver 1.17
-Pete'sD3D Driver 1.76
-Pete's DX6 D3D Driver 1.76
-Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.76
-Pete's OpenGL 2.8
-Internal SPU and CDR.
The question is why with all plugins in configuration fast (the more simple) this game ever run slow , all other 3d games run normal for example tomraider2, siphon filter and shadowman, how i do say this game in ePSXe 1.52 run a full speed with more high resolution. I think this is about core 1.6, i just cant run Crusaders fine in ePSXe 1.6, thanks everyone for your help and patience.

My pc DC2160 1.8GHz 1Gbram 9500radeon
