FF7 saved game help! =[

i have the ps1 emulator ePSXe v1.5.2 for my windows XP home. i have ff7 and i am at the part where Bugenhagen puts the key of ancients into the altar and the waterfall comes down...after the FMV cutscene i walk into the waterfall and the entire game crashes. i downloaded the saved file after that part and i dont know where to add it. i basically go into my epsxe folder --> then it shows 9 other folders not including the epsxe.exe emulator to play it. the other folders are BIOS, CHEATS, DEMOS, DOCS, MEMCARDS, PATCHES, PLUGINS, SNAP, and SSTATES. does anyone know what to do? =[

AHH PLEASE HELP!!!! =P

did you download a save state or did you download an actual memory card save off a place like gamefaqs? ive seen people get this freeze before but i dont remember what triggers it specifically. can you post the plugins you are using, their settings, and how you are playing the game (from disk or image). if its an image what format did you make it in and if its the disk what condition is the disk in?

i actually think it was a actual memory card save dont remember where i got it tho. and as for my plugins..well i dont kno where to go to view them.. and i am playing the game thru a cd that i burned disc 1, 2, 3, and 4 the conditions of the cds are all fine.
